Job Description – TPD Engineer

Designation: Technical Product Design

Reporting to: Leader - R&D

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating fixture 3D CAD product design and mold design on Creo collaborating with international teams in Germany, USA, and Asia.
  • Creating 2D CAD on Creo, Autocad, Adobe Illustrator and maintaining technical documentation for various codes and standards used in the company working with international teams in Germany, USA, and China.
  • Ability to handle PLM systems SAP, Windchill, Teamcenter.
  • Ability to to handle and support the R&D team with product development trials.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Visualize technical relationships to optimally design product and mold.

Internal Stakeholders:

  • International teams in R&D Teams in Germany, USA, and Asia.

Required Skills and Capabilities:

  • Ability to handle 3D Creo designing.
  • Ability to handle 2D in Creo, Autocad, Illustrator.
  • Ability to handle PLM systems (SAP, Windchill, Teamcenter) and common Google applications.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Knowledge of DTP systems (Framemaker) is a plus.

Academia:

  • Minimum Required: Bachelorʼs degree in Engineering, or equivalent.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum Required: Minimum of 3+ years of working experience in Creo CAD designing
  • Preferred: Experience in Ceramic background.
  • Preferred: 2D design of product, tools and gauges in Creo, Autocad, Illustrator.

Preferred: PLM system knowledge (SAP, Windchill, Teamcenter).
