ROLE OBJECTIVE
Leads the development and execution of product, brand and marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s position in the sanitary ware and fittings industry in the Philippines. The role drives brand growth and visibility across Project and Retail channels, delivering customer-engaging campaigns, ensuring channel relevance and supporting sales objectives through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures that the team develops and implements marketing, brand and product plans to support business growth in both Project (B2B) and Retail (B2C) Channels.
2. With the regional strategic marketing imperatives, develops local programs to execute these strategies along identified product categories (Toilets & Lavs, Showers, Fuacets and Fittings, Spalet, Pro & Commercial) and across sales channels (Projects, Retail: Modern Trade and Traditional Trade); identifies both financial and marketing targets for identified initiatives, sets measures, and periodically monitors progress of the attainment of results including the return on investment (ROI).
3. Strengthens brand positioning and executes integrated campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.
4. Drives Retail promotions, in-store merchandising, and channel-specific marketing activities.
5. Manages Digital Leader to ensure Brand visibility and engagement via digital marketing, social media, PR and events.
6. Drive the team to prepare, manage and monitor budgets ensuring efficient allocation of rsources.
7. Lead the teams in the preparation and presentation of reports, analyses, business reviews, AOP planning and forecasting.
8. Oversees Customer Service and After-Sales programs, ensuring excellent client experience and effective complaint resolution.
9. Oversees Customer-Service team in the management of warranty, service quality and customer feedback systems to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
10. Oversees Technical team to ensure compliance with Philippine governing body requirements.
11. Regularly monitors competitors’ activities, pricing, local market trends and organize these data to feedback to regional marketing with the objective of capitalizing on opportunities and minimizing risks
12. Uses sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
13. Confers with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors.
14. Implements market research as may be directed by regional marketing from time to time.
15. Lead, mentor and develop the teams to achieve performance targets.
16. Monitor KPIs, drive achievement, plan for risk mitigation as needed.
17. Performs other duties as apparent or assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Business, Marketing, Advertising or other relevant courses from a reputable academic institution
Work Experience
• Experience in marketing with the same capacity (minimum of 8 years)
• Related experience in building materials industry
