As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you are a key member of LIXIL's Corporate Transformation Office (CTO),responsible for managing and implementing strategic initiatives and driving enterprise-widetransformation.
The Corporate Transformation Office, as global headquarter function, takes guidance from, and reports directly to the CEO.Hence, to execute on the aligned strategic priorities, the Project Manager role requires closecollaboration with the Board of Executives and senior management across all functions and regions.
Your responsibilities:
▪ Drive results: Collaborate with the team of Global Program Leaders and the Chief Transformation Officer to define strategic priorities. Translate insights into actionable measures and execute high-impact transformation programs. Generate tangible results that sustainably improve LIXIL.
▪ Leverage digital: Lead the strategic application of advanced digital technologies such as generative AI or automation to unlock new business value and operational efficiencies across LIXIL businesses. This includes identifying opportunities for AI-driven process optimization, knowledge management, and data analysis.
▪ Manage projects & programs: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation programs, from strategic ideation to definitive execution. Develop and manage program plans, resource allocation, budgets, and external partnerships. Proactively monitor program progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure desired outcomes and high ROI.
▪ Guide stakeholders: Serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on transformation initiatives. Champion change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and practices throughout the organization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital fluency. Effectively communicate program outcomes and their impact on profitability to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and the Board of Executives.
▪ Coach CTO teams: Serve as a role model and foster an environment of logical problem-solving, analytics, clear communications, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration for the CTO function and its departments: Global Master Data Governance (GMDG), Global Process Governance (GPG), and Corporate Initiative Group (CIG).
Your profile:
▪ University degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline is required.▪ 3+ years of experience in project and program management within a global corporate environment or a top-tier consulting firm.▪ Significant track record in executing transformation projects at an enterprise level. Proven experience in handling diverse project teams with different cultural and functional backgrounds. Experience in Consumer, Construction or Digital is a plus.▪ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.▪ Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional workstreams in complex, ambiguous transformation projects.▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to the C-suite.▪ Strong sense of ownership and a clear understanding of what is "the right thing" to do.▪ Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) and relevant tools is a must, with certifications being a strong plus.▪ High motivation and flexibility to gain new knowledge and apply it in practice.▪ English is mandatory; business-level, both written and spoken.▪ Other working language (e.g., German, Chinese, or Japanese) is a plus.
