Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide office-based support to the project sales team.
  • Act as a primary contact point for project-channel customers and distributors.
  • Act as a primary contact point for project-channel customers and distributors.
  • Manage inbound enquiries and ensure accurate CRM logging and timely follow-up.
  • Prepare, issue, and track quotations in coordination with sales, technical, and pricing teams.
  • Process purchase orders, tender files, contracts, and other sales documentation.
  • Support project registration and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams and service providers to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Monitor the project pipeline, identifying risks, delays, or recurring issues.
  • Generate basic reports on sales activities, order status, and pipeline progress.
  • Assist with operational and administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Economics faculties.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support or project coordination.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English is a MUST.
  • Istanbul Resident.



Experience:

  • Experience in the same industry is preferable.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process driven.
  • Experience preparing quotations or managing orders and sales documentation.
  • Background in construction materials, building products, or technical sales.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
