Job Location: Gia Lam, Hanoi (with shuttle bus to pick up employees)

Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing, Checking, and Reconciling VAT Data:
Invoice Review: Check the legality and validity of all input and output invoices generated during the period.
VAT Report Verification: Review VAT Declarations to ensure accurate data and compliance with current regulations.
Software Data Reconciliation:
Perform periodic reconciliation between the VAT Declaration Form and the accounting software (SAP).
Identify and explain any discrepancies between the declared data and the software data, determine the root cause, and propose adjustment solutions.
Management:
Prepare necessary documentation, explanatory reports, or supplementary tax declarations (if required) to correct errors identified during the review process.
Coordinate with the Chief Accountant/Sectional Accountant to adjust accounting entries in the accounting software to ensure consistency with the declared tax figures.

2. FCT calculation:
Review and analyze contracts and agreements (especially with foreign contractors) to determine FCT tax obligations
Accurately calculate the FCT amount (VAT and CIT) to be withheld or paid for each payment or per contract.
Prepare and file FCT declaration dossiers and forms (usually monthly/quarterly or per incurred payment) with the Vietnamese tax authority within the regulated deadlines.

3. Other Tasks:
Assist the Chief Accountant in preparing VAT-related documentation and records for tax inspections or audits.
Data reconciliation with the tax office.
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant/Management.
