In our Budapest office, located in Graphisoft Park (District III), we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service, Warranty & Technical Training Specialist who will oversee the full GROHE warranty system, ensure strong service provider coverage, manage local product certification, support spare parts distribution, operate and improve internal service processes, and deliver technical trainings and provide hands‑on field support to our service partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and operate the GROHE warranty system, ensuring fast and accurate claim handling
- Ensure service provider coverage and maintain high service quality standards
- Improve customer satisfaction through process optimization and KPI monitoring
- Manage and support local product certification processes with HQ
- Ensure availability and distribution of GROHE spare parts (within and outside warranty)
- Operate and improve internal service systems, support colleagues and service partners
- Organize and deliver technical trainings for installers, technicians, and partners
- Conduct field visits, audits, and provide hands‑on support for service partners
Requirements:
- Technical affinity or service-related experience (plumbing, installation, mechanical/electrical knowledge is a plus)
- Native Hungarian speaker with proficient English skills (both written and spoken)
- Confident use of MS Office or Google Workspace
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking and structured working style
- Ability to learn technical topics quickly
- Team player with strong problem‑solving capabilities
- Willingness to travel within the region
