Role Objective
The Leader, Retail Sales Singapore is the primary custodian of the LIXIL Experience Center (LEC). This role is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the flagship showroom, ensuring it serves as a premier destination for luxury retail excellence. You will drive high-level commercial growth, cultivate an elite sales culture, and maintain impeccable brand standards while fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring sustainable profitability
Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities
Sales
● Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to achieve and exceed ambitious store targets without compromising the brand's premium image.
● Partner with the Marketing team to develop and launch exclusive in-store events and campaigns that drive targeted consumer traffic
● Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports to identify market trends, implement profitability-boosting strategies, and optimize store performance
Management
● Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team, fostering an environment of accountability and excellence.
● Conduct comprehensive performance appraisals and establish clear career development paths to retain top talent.
● Define and deliver high service standards, continuously evolving the in-store journey to exceed the expectations of customers
● Manage escalated customer concerns with the highest level of diplomacy, professionalism, and brand alignment.
Operations
● Take charge of the operation of daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures, procurement and payment reconciliation procedures, and security measures
● Develop and refine in-store operational processes and training modules to maximize productivity and customer experience
● Maintain store visual standards in accordance with brand guidelines
● Ensure sophisticated inventory control aligned with demand and maintain visual merchandising that strictly adheres to global brand guidelines.
Compliance and Reporting
● Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful sales and operational reports to the Singapore leadership team.
● Ensure absolute compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and health and safety regulations.
Job Specifications
● Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
● Skills:
o Proven ability to manage high-performing teams in a premium/luxury environment.
o Deep understanding of luxury retail operations and high-end customer service.
o Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners (Landlords/Vendors)
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
o Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite Office/Google Workspace.
