Địa điểm làm việc: Đường B4, Khu B, Khu công nghiệp Phố Nối A, Xã Như Quỳnh, tỉnh Hưng Yên

Mô tả công việc:

- Quản lý hiệu quả các nguồn lực, máy móc, thiết bị và con người theo đúng chính sách và quy định của công ty để đảm bảo hoàn thành kế hoạch sản xuất (*)

- Tích cực nghiên cứu, tìm kiếm giải pháp giảm chi phí sản xuất, đạt các KPIs quan trọng theo SQDC (*)

- Duy trì một môi trường làm việc an toàn, thân thiện và tích cực cho người lao động (*)

- Lập báo cáo định kỳ và thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên

- Phối hợp với các phòng ban có liên quan trong quá trình thực hiện công việc

Yêu cầu công việc

- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý sản xuất tối thiểu 3 năm, ưu tiên ứng viên các ngành công nghiệp nặng

- Có bằng Đại học, ưu tiên các ngành kỹ thuật

- Có khả năng lãnh đạo, có kỹ năng quản lý con người,đào tạo cấp dưới và kiểm soát ổn định hoạt động sản xuất

- Chủ động trong việc xác định và giải quyết vấn đề, cải thiện quy trình làm việc.

- Khả năng phân tích dữ liệu, làm báo cáo

- Có tư duy logic tốt và khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao

- Có kỹ năng làm việc theo nhóm

- Có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu (7 tools QC), và dùng số liệu đó để cải tiến quy trình là lợi thế

- Ưu tiên ứng viên am hiểu APDCA, 3H, 4M, 5S, KAIZEN, 5W1H, 5Why, KAIZEN…
